Elizabeth is counsel at Herr, Potts and Potts. In her practice, she handles a variety of matters including Estate Planning (Wills and Trusts), Estate Administration, Special Needs Planning including Special Needs Trusts and Guardianships, and Elder Law matters. Elizabeth is a member of the Chester County Bar and the Montgomery County Bar and is a member of each Bar’s Elder Law Committees. Elizabeth is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania. She began her practice in the litigation department of a large law firm in Philadelphia and brings her extensive litigation experience to the firm. She also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Judge James McGirr Kelly in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Elizabeth grew up in Yardley, Pennsylvania and has lived in Chester County since 2000. She received her B.A from Swarthmore College where she served as Class Secretary, and her JD from Villanova University School of Law where she was a member of the Executive Committee of the Moot Court Board. Elizabeth is actively involved in the community and has volunteered at Wills for Seniors clinics in Montgomery County, has served on the Board of the Old Eagle School House, an historical site in Wayne, and currently serves as a member of the Advisory Board and the Programs Committee of FLITE (Foundation for Learning in Tredyffrin-Easttown). Elizabeth lives in Wayne with her husband Jeff and has three children.
