Elizabeth is an associate attorney at Herr, Potts and Potts. In her practice, she focuses on Estate Planning, Estate and Trust Administration, Special Needs Planning/Guardianships, and Orphans’ Court Litigation.
Elizabeth grew up in Hockessin, Delaware. She received her B.A. Cum Laude from University of Delaware in 2015 and her J.D. from Delaware Law School in 2018. Prior to joining Herr, Potts and Potts, Elizabeth was a Judicial Law Clerk for three years in Delaware Family Court for The Honorable Joelle P. Hitch and The Honorable Jennifer B. Ranji. Elizabeth lives in Wilmington, Delaware with her husband, Aaron.
