Stephen D. Potts, Esq.

Steve is a partner at Herr, Potts and Potts with more than 20 years of experience handling probate and estate administration matters.

He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Chester County Bar Association and is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and before the United States Tax Court. Steve has also presented numerous lectures on guardianships and the advantages of special needs trusts.

Steve lives in West Chester, PA with his wife Julie and 3 children.

Marilyn S. Mitchell, Esq.

Marilyn is a partner at Herr, Potts and Potts. In her practice, she focuses on Estate Planning, Estate and Trust Administration, Special Needs Planning/Guardianships, and Orphans’ Court Litigation. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Chester County Bar Association.

Prior to joining Herr, Potts and Potts, Marilyn was a prosecutor at the Chester County District Attorney’s Office for 7 years, and she brings extensive litigation experience to the firm.

She lives in West Chester, Pennsylvania with her husband, Patrick and their son.
